Shipping & Returns

General Terms:

Gaia Home Decor reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will be published on this website, www.gaiahomedecor.com with immediate effect. 

All return requests should be filed within 15 days of the product delivery date.  To do so, log into your account if one was created.  Next, go to order details and click the "Request refund" button on the page, complete the form, and send. If you purchased as a “guest” go to the Contact Us page on this website, fill in all required information, and send.   You will receive a response within 3 business days.  Gaia Home Décor reserves the right to deny any return requests made after the initial 15 days. 

If you decide to cancel an order before being shipped, you may do so by completing a refund request following the instructions listed above.   For orders made as a guest, order cancelation may not be possible.  Please note: in some cases, cancellations before shipment may not be possible.  Gaia Home Décor will confirm if the cancellation request is accepted or rejected within 5 business days.

If your order cannot be fulfilled within the specified order processing time for any reason, but not limited to the product being out of stock or other conditions, then Gaia Home Decor has the right to cancel and refund the order.

If you receive goods that are damaged or broken and apply for a refund with compelling evidence, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 3 business days to send back the damaged goods.  A refund will be issued to you once the return shows as “in transit” on the logistic website.  Examples of compelling evidence would be pictures or videos that clearly show how the product is damaged or broken, pictures of the box condition as received, or a copy of the instruction manual with any missing parts circled if provided.   If compelling evidence is not provided or is not substantial Gaia Home Décor has the right to reject the refund request. 

If redelivery of the product is desired, the new product should be shipped out within 5 to 10 business days.  Gaia Home Décor reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product should the product become unavailable or out of stock.

Gaia Home Décor reserves the right to accept or deny requests for "non-defective buyer remorse returns". Return shipping fees shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Gaia Home Décor reserves the right to charge a restocking and/or repacking fee for any "non-defective buyer’s remorse" returns. This fee shall not exceed 35% of the total purchase price.

Please note that extended shipping times may occur during special periods such as holidays, Covid-19, abnormal weather conditions, or other abnormal situations.

No warranty of any kind for any product is made unless listed on the description page for the product on this website.
